The breakfast was absolutely superb and delicious, the check in was early. I had the superior twin room which was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with all amenities.

Enjoyed the stay, it was memorable on a business trip. The hotel was fairly clean and the location was great in business centre. Location: the property was just next door to a hotel-approved taxi available to use and restaurants, coffee shops and retail shops and Metro theatre which is at walking distance. The restaurant was located within 600 feet.

Expected that there would be assistance, but we didn't find it.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Beirut for a week-long vacation. The hotel is a hidden gem in an area that has seen better days. Amidst the chaos and traffic, it provided a haven of tranquility. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, upgrading our room to an Executive Suite. The location is fantastic, with shopping stores and cafes nearby. The area feels safe, and the hotel staff, especially Chief Hassan, Mr. Antoni, and waiter Mustafa, were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast restaurant staff were excellent as well. I would definitely love to visit again.
